W. Todd Ponder is the President and Founder of FoxSwift Enterprises, LLC, which serves as the holding company to FoxSwift Jets. Prior to founding FoxSwift Jets, he formed The White Oak Group Flight Department as its first Chief Pilot responsible for the day to day operations. Finally Mr. Ponder served as Director of Aviation, implementing a safety framework used today by many fortune 500 companies.
Immediately prior to Mr. Ponder's position at The White Oak Group, he flew nine years with Raytheon Travel Air/Flight Options, LLC, a combined fractional company of Raytheon Corporation, as a Hawker 800XP and a King Air line captain. During that time he also served as a senior advisor on the Executive Safety Officer board, which primarily focused on the strategic planning and implementation of procedures regarding aviation travel hazards throughout the world. Prior to his positions at RTA/FLOPT, Mr. Ponder flew for several fortune 500 flight departments and part 135 charter companies. Additionally, he was a Boeing 727 Flight Engineer for a national airline.
Mr. Ponder is a twenty year aviation veteran with emphasis on aviation management structure, extensive international travel, global business operations, and brand standardization. He has been the recipient of numerous aviation awards including ones for highest safety and professional awards from National Business Aviation Association, Raytheon Six Sigma, Flightsafety International, and SimuFlite. With more than seven thousand flight hours, he is also an Airline Transport Pilot and captain qualified in several aircraft types. |  |
